OptOutManager is an email processor and autoresponder that allows you automatically process all emails you have in your POP3 mailbox sorting it as required and performing manipulation with it. OptOutManager can handle unsubscribe or subscribe requests automaticly.
Unsubscribe Easy. The tool has predefined templates for returning emails of different types : due technical problems, unsubscribe request of users , exmaples of data extraction and much more.
Subscribe Easy. The Email Addresses in any incoming email message can be extracted and
included into marketing database for further email marketing.
Extract data. Any automated incoming email message can be parsed and the data can be extracted updating internal database or files. Wide formats supported.
Build autoresponders. Schedule autoresponders with unlimited follow ups. You easily create systems ranging from
the simplest "I'm out of office!" autoresponders to automatic follow-up machines sending out messages to your prospects at predefined time intervals.
