This utility allows you to make operating system cache the files you use the most frequently by block reading them when the computer is idle and a predetermined interval of time is elapsed. You can also force the caching of the files on user logon. It also includes easy access to cache subsystem and NTFS file system related registry tweaks to increase the overall system performance.
