Specify your mouse speed to every application you use...

In windows, when you set the mouse speed, it applies to all programs. So, if you play count-striker with mouse speed 10, and 16 to explorer, you must continually change the value. Using Mouse Master, you can set different mouse-speed for every application. With Mouse-Master, you can modify mouse speed on fly.
