ActiveDiary is a password-protected diary application. The program uses RSA and Blowfish encryption to protect your data and files. The interface is similar to Microsoft Outlook and is completely configurable. The program can hold an unlimited number of accounts that each contains unlimited calendar and free form based diaries. ActiveDiary's editor is on par with the best word processors including WYSIWYG editing and support for pictures, etc.

Using a hierarchical metaphor (tree based), you can create and organize any kind of information, from websites, to ski resorts, to recipes, to writing snippets. The tree holds information in a hierarchy, with each folder being tied to a entry on the right. The entry has bold/italics/underline, plus other commonly used word processing capabilities.
