X2CD is the ultimate tool for you to make your own music CD

video files, the MS windows media files, the open sourced Ogg Vorbis format

When writing music CD, normalizing is supported to make the volume of the
tracks equal.
It can use DirectShow filters to decode media files. So it's easy to extend what X2CD can use to burn music CD by just adding the appropriate filters.
