It includes features commonly found in trading strategy development software (charts, technical analysis formulas, custom scripts support, daily signals, portfolio manager). Stratasearch’s distinction is the developer’s choice to use brute force as their primary emphasis for strategy design and back testing. In the time it takes to research, code and test one idea in other software packages, Stratasearch can create and test tens of thousands systems. People can still choose to manually create strategies they want to test, which I still do on occasion. Mostly I prefer to let Stratasearch search around the clock for promising ideas.

It is abstract non-narrative art. The screensaver format is simply ideal for such things. It is quiet and un-obtrusive whilst providing a gentle textured backdrop. But on closer examination it generates exquisite and endlessly varying patterns. It is truly beautiful. This screensaver has a very long history in its development and the first realisation of the visuals goes back to about 1983 when the algorithms were developed.
