The runonce page is a page which appears when you run the IE for the first time or if you Reset the Setting using Internet Options Advance Tab. Runounce page allows you to customize some of the setting you preferred. The problem with this page is , some time this page does not load and ended with an Error on Page. So every time you open IE7, this page loads and nothing will happen.
IE7 Runonce Remover allows you to Remove this in single click.

Review by Robert Feldson: After using picasa for awhile it was time for proper sorting out of my collection. This software was the best i could find out there unless i was prepared to pay premium tag, and even then when compared i'm not sure they're any better. Saw a few comments in a photo forum and decided to try. I'm glad i chose to and i bought it. Does the job and doesn't control my pc ulike the previous one.
