Metadata can get you into trouble! Whenever an MS Office document is created it is complemented with such properties as the author, corporate name, document changes, editing time and other metadata. All this makes the private information available to a third party that may put your company at financial risk and/or an embarrassing situation. Element-IT FileMetadata .NET control provides methods to add and modify metadata for any files and folders at NTFS file system. Control uses Alternate Data Streams technology to work with metadata. The data moves with the file and independent of the file name. Metadata don't uses any extra databases or file body- it stores with file at NTFS hidden stream.

Active Metadata is an ActiveX component to get and set additional image information. Usually these includes copyright, digital camera model, or program by which this image is made. Also you can get creation date, comments, exposure time, resolution, color tables and binary information. With this component you are able to read the image directly from Internet and create thumbnail.

Every digital photo has some extended information, like ImageDescription, Model, Orientation, Copyright, Flash, ExposureTime, UserComment. It's not shown by ordinary viewers. EXIFViewer deals with just this kind of information. The utility helps you to sort, move or copy photos using this photo metadata. Print a list of only those photos that were horizontally shot. Or select only those with a certain exposure.

ImgDescribe allows you to edit some of the EXIF metadata that are stored with an image from a digital camera. WIth ImgDescribe you can change description, author and copyright fields in a single image or in a list of images. ImgDescribe can use simple text file or a descript.ion file prepared by other other software

LotusNotesRecovery is data recovery program for Lotus Notes databases (.nsf). LotusNotesRecovery recovers damaged Notes/Domino databases on both server and client side.
