SRedirect is a command line utility that allows a remote TCP/IP connection to a serial port. SRedirect redirects all RS-232 data from a TCP/IP port to and from the local serial port. SRedirect creates a server for ONE local serial communications (COM) port. SRedirect allows connection of a client application. SRedirect transfers data in both directions between the connected client and the local COM port.

This is software-based solution that lets you share up to 255 serial port devices over TCP/IP network. So, any serial port device connected to COM port could be accessed from anywhere as if it is attached to local PC. It provides the ability to create three different types of connection: Port-to-port, Port-to-TCP client and Port-to-TCP server.
