Status Software

NetStatus is a monitoring application designed to monitor anywhere from 1 to 50 servers or devices on a network. Tests include HTTP, FTP, Telnet, Ping, Disk Space, NT Service Status, POP3, SMTP and more. Use intuitive lookups to speed up test configuration.

Router Tester is an application to help DynSite users to accurately identify the path to the HTML status page of their routers. If your router does not appear in the list of supported routers in DynSite and the program figures out the path to its status page, please send me the brand, the model and the path to the status page of yours by e-mail and I will add it to the next update. Please read the included readme.txt file for instructions.

sMonitor is a network monitoring software that allows you to verify the network connectivity of TCP/IP hosts on the Internet and LAN. The built-in NT service periodically pings, or checks TCP and UDP ports on network devices. If the destination host fails to reply to a ping, connection request, or user datagram, sMonitor alerts you using audible alarms, visible notifications, e-mail messages, third-party software, modem and telnet connections.

An ActiveX control that will validate an entered IPAddress and return the ping status. Nice configurable GUI that will also resolve IPs to a machine name and a machine name to an IP. Also return the IP class and type.
