Perhaps Simon should have tried posting a sensible message to the forums instead of a nonsensical rant about how he wasn't even going to use it anyway. Perhaps he could even have submitted a support ticket? Perhaps he could even have read the message right before his asking for help on exactly the same problem? Posted the fact that the software wouldn't work along with the error message I was getting and guess what- do you think I got a helpful reply? No!! They just removed my post from the forum!
